Wagner Tuning Motorsport Pack for BMW B58 Engine

Wagner Tuning performance part: Motorsport Pack for BMW F-Series models fitted with the 3.0 turbo 6-cylinder B58 engine without gasoline particulate filter (OPF), designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning. Catless version, intended exclusively for motorsport use.

This pack combines two complementary Wagner Tuning upgrades: an oversized low-temperature radiator, which controls charge air temperature, and a large-diameter downpipe, which reduces back pressure at the turbo outlet.

Motorsport Low-Temperature Radiator (ref. 400001002):

• The B58 cools the charge air through an air-to-water intercooler supplied by a dedicated low-temperature circuit: lowering the temperature of this coolant directly improves intake air cooling efficiency
• Volume increased to 16.7 L vs. 7.7 L stock, i.e. +117%
• Dimensions: 524 x 468 x 68 mm (stock: 576 x 495 x 27 mm)
• Motorsport-inspired core for maximum heat transfer while maintaining airflow to the engine radiator
• High thermal conductivity anti-corrosion coating
• Near plug & play installation, with installation instructions

B58 Downpipe (ref. 500001027), catless version:

• Cast 1.4301 (SS304) stainless steel, for excellent durability and good corrosion resistance
• 89 mm (3.5") diameter throughout, with adapter for the stock exhaust system
• CAD design and gas flow optimized routing
• 2 lambda sensor ports
• Direct replacement for BMW original part ref. 18328631625
• Reduced back pressure and lower thermal stress on the turbo
