Wagner Tuning performance part: Competition intercooler designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for the pre-facelift B8 generation Audi A4 and A5 with 2.7 TDI and 3.0 TDI V6 engines.

Very high torque, frequent remapping, towing or sustained highway use: the B8 A4 and A5 V6 TDI put their original intercooler under heavy strain. With a high-capacity core, much larger and wider than the original, the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler keeps boost air significantly cooler, greatly reduces pressure drop and allows the engine to deliver higher and more consistent power.

• Competition tube & fin core with internal turbulators, for optimized flow and maximum cooling
• Cast aluminum air tanks designed by CAD and optimized through computational fluid dynamics (CFD), with integrated baffle for even core filling and significantly reduced pressure drop
• 67 mm enlarged fittings, with reinforced silicone hoses supplied
• Proven strength: tested up to 6 bar, suited to motorsport use

Not compatible: facelifted B8.5 models (specific part number available). On vehicles equipped with dynamic steering, the additional cooling circuit must be relocated (see installation manual).
