Compatibility and installation

Since the same engine or EGR valve can fit many models, the plate is designed for the EGR valve rather than for a specific vehicle. Compare the photos on this page with your engine block or valve. You can also send a photo of your engine by email.

The photos on this page serve as installation guides, with arrows or positioning diagrams. An engine silicone tube is offered at the bottom of the page to complete the sealing of the installation.

Dashboard warning light

On recent engines (generally 2004 and later), a warning light may come on or the vehicle may switch to limp mode. Electronic intervention may then be required in addition to this mechanical delete. The plate can also be drilled to form a flange, or ordered drilled via the drop-down menu on this page. It then lets a small amount of gas through and prevents the ECU from detecting the modification.
