Wagner Tuning performance part: Competition Intercooler designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for the Opel Astra H OPC 2.0 Turbo 240 hp.

The Astra H OPC's 2.0 turbo lends itself very well to performance tuning, but its stock 5.1 L intercooler saturates quickly as boost pressure increases. With more than double the original volume, the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler keeps the charge air noticeably cooler, greatly reduces pressure drop, and allows the engine to deliver higher, more consistent power.

• Volume increased by 132%: 11.8 L vs. 5.1 L for the stock intercooler

• Competition tube & fin core newly developed for very efficient cooling while preserving airflow to neighboring components
• Cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CAD and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for even filling and significantly reduced pressure drop
