WAGNER Tuning Intercooler Audi TT 8N

Wagner Tuning performance part: Performance Intercooler designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for the Audi TT 8N (first generation) 1.8T quattro 225 and 240 hp, in coupe and roadster versions.

The 1.8 20V turbo in the TT 8N quattro is a popular engine for performance tuning, but its original intercooler quickly limits performance once boost pressure is increased. The Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler offers a high-capacity core and a significantly lower pressure drop than the original, for cooler intake air and higher, more consistent power.

Technical specifications:

• Large capacity: core measuring 600 x 355 x 50 mm, or 10.65 L
• Performance core high efficiency, for optimal cooling
• Cast aluminum end tanks freeform design, CAD-engineered for optimal internal flow
• Significantly lower pressure drop than the original intercooler
• Fittings: 60 mm inlet and 70 mm outlet, ideal for a larger-diameter throttle body
• Weight: 8 kg
• Anti-corrosion coating with high thermal conductivity, for lasting efficiency
• Installation: replaces the original intercooler. Minor adaptations required on vehicles fitted with the S-Line bumper.
