Wagner Tuning performance part: high-performance intercooler kit designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for Mercedes-AMG 43 models and variants equipped with the M276 3.0 biturbo V6.

On the Mercedes-AMG 43, the stock intercooler quickly reaches its limits, especially after an ECU tune or under sustained driving: intake air temperature rises and power drops. With a core more than twice as large, the Wagner Tuning kit significantly lowers intake temperatures, limits back pressure and eases the turbos, for higher and more consistent power.

• Volume increased by 133%: core measuring 222 x 297 x 95 mm, 6.3 L versus 2.7 L for the original intercooler
• Optimized flow: end tanks cast from aluminum, designed using CAD and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation, for excellent cooling efficiency with minimal pressure drop
• Durability: corrosion-resistant coating with high thermal conductivity for lasting efficiency
• Turbo protection: the system's improved efficiency reduces turbo load and supports longer turbo life
• Water-methanol injection ready: two 1/8" NPT ports integrated into the upper end tank
