Motorsport Intercooler Kit for Ford Puma ST Wagner Tuning

Wagner Tuning performance part: Competition intercooler designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST, equipped with the 1.5 EcoBoost 3-cylinder 200 hp.

The 1.5 EcoBoost in the Fiesta ST and Puma ST responds very well to performance tuning, but the original intercooler saturates quickly under sustained driving. With a frontal area 2.5 times larger and a nearly doubled volume, the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler keeps the boost air noticeably cooler, reduces pressure loss and lets the engine deliver its performance more consistently, on the road as well as on track.

Technical specifications:

• Frontal area increased by 150%: 2,418 cm² versus 966 cm² stock
• Volume increased by 86%: 13.5 L versus 7.25 L for the original intercooler
• Core dimensions: 620 x 390 x 56 mm
• Competition tube & fin core, for very efficient cooling with minimal pressure loss
• Cast aluminum end tanks designed using CAD and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), with an integrated inlet deflector for even air distribution
• Connections: 67 mm inlet and 61 mm outlet, optimized for the original clip-type quick connectors
• Anti-corrosion coating with high thermal conductivity, for lasting efficiency
• Mounting on original mounting points, with minor adaptations described in the instructions
