Intercooler WAGNER Tuning for S55 BMW M2/M3/M4

Wagner Tuning performance part: Performance air-to-water intercooler designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for BMW M2 Competition, M3 and M4 with S55 engine fitted with a single turbo conversion.

The S55 3.0 six-cylinder indirectly cools its charge air through an air-to-water intercooler integrated into the intake, supplied by a low-temperature water circuit. On single turbo builds, which far exceed factory power levels, this heat exchanger becomes a limiting factor. The Wagner Tuning Performance intercooler replaces it with a core more than twice as large, with an outlet suited to single turbo conversions: the intake air stays noticeably cooler, pressure drop is reduced, and the turbo operates under better conditions, for higher power and torque.

Compatible: BMW M3 F80 and M4 F82 / F83 with S55B30 engine fitted with a single turbo conversion only. Also fits the BMW M2 Competition F87 S55 (single turbo), with minor adjustments under the hood (see installation instructions). Not compatible with the original twin turbo configuration.
