Wagner Tuning performance part: Competition EVO 2 intercooler designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for the Audi TT RS 8J 2.5 TFSI.

The stock TT RS 8J intercooler quickly becomes a limit for the 5-cylinder 2.5 TFSI once it is tuned or used on track. With an almost doubled volume and a much larger frontal area, the Competition EVO 2 Wagner Tuning intercooler keeps boost air cooler and limits pressure loss, for higher and more consistent power, even in the most demanding conditions.

• Volume increased by 94%: 13.2 L versus 6.8 L for the original intercooler
• Frontal area increased by 62.5%: 1,391 cm² versus 856 cm² stock
• Core dimensions: 535 x 260 x 95 mm
• Competition core specially developed to preserve airflow to the engine radiator
• Cast aluminum end tanks CAD-optimized for optimal internal flow and minimal pressure loss
• Lightweight: under 10 kg
• Plug & play fitment: intercooler supplied mounted on the original crossmember, 1:1 replacement on the original mounting points, no modification needed
