The Clio 4 RS's small stock intercooler, at just 3.6 L, saturates very quickly during spirited driving or after an ECU tune. The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler doubles the volume while keeping the same frontal dimensions: the boost air stays noticeably cooler, pressure drop is reduced, and the 1.6 turbo delivers higher, more consistent power, on the street and on the track.

• Volume increased by 113%: 7.7 L vs. 3.6 L for the stock intercooler
• Frontal area increased by 16%: 666 cm² vs. 576 cm² stock
• Core dimensions: 300 x 222 x 125 mm
• Competition core specially developed, highly efficient and lightweight
• Cast aluminum end tanks optimized by computational fluid dynamics (CFD), with integrated inlet deflectors for even core filling and minimal pressure drop
• Fittings enlarged to 60 mm at inlet and outlet, replacing the stock quick-connect fittings
• Lightweight: 5.5 kg
• Designed for motorsport, with simple installation: 1:1 replacement on the original mounting points
