Intercooler 200001045 WAGNER Tuning for Audi A4 B8/A5 B8 1.8/2.0 TFSI

Wagner Tuning performance part: Competition Intercooler designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for the Audi A4 and A5 B8 (pre-facelift) with 1.8 TFSI and 2.0 TFSI engines.

The 1.8 and 2.0 TFSI engines of the A4 and A5 B8 respond very well to ECU tuning, but the factory intercooler quickly becomes the limiting factor. With a high-capacity core, much larger and wider than the original, the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler keeps the boost air significantly cooler, greatly reduces pressure drop, and allows the engine to deliver higher and more consistent power, even in extreme conditions.

• Large capacity: 17.4 L, significantly more than the original intercooler
• Core dimensions: 610 x 440 x 65 mm
• Competition tube & fin core with internal turbulators, for maximum cooling
• Cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CAD and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), with an integrated baffle for even core filling and significantly reduced pressure drop
• Enlarged 67 mm fittings, with suitable reinforced silicone hoses included
• Proven durability: tested up to 6 bar

Not compatible: facelifted B8.5 models. On vehicles equipped with dynamic steering, the additional cooling circuit must be relocated (see installation manual).
