Downpipe Kit for: Audi TTRS 8J/RS3 8P

Wagner Tuning performance part: Competition downpipe designed by Wagner Tuning for the Audi RS3 8P and Audi TT RS 8J with 2.5 TFSI 5-cylinder engine, intended exclusively for competition use.

On prepared 2.5 TFSI engines, the original exhaust and its pre-cat restrict gas evacuation. The Wagner Tuning Competition downpipe replaces the original downpipe with two 70 mm stainless steel tubes fitted with 100-cell high-flow catalytic converters, in place of the pre-cat. Back pressure drops significantly, the turbo runs cooler, and the engine gains torque and power across the entire rev range.

Technical specifications:

• 1.4301 stainless steel (304), for long service life and excellent corrosion resistance
• Enlarged section: from 90 mm to 2 x 70 mm
• 2 100-cell high-flow catalytic converters replacing the original pre-cat
• 1 lambda sensor bung
• Greatly reduced back pressure, for more torque and power and reduced thermal load on the turbo
• Plug & play installation replacing the original part, compatible with the original main cats

Compatible: Audi RS3 8P 2.5 TFSI; Audi TT RS 8J 2.5 TFSI. Not compatible with vehicles equipped with driveshaft 8J0521101AB.

Engine calibration: a fault code may appear in the engine ECU; a suitable calibration is required for optimal operation.

Usage: part intended exclusively for competition on closed circuits. It is not approved for road use, and installing it on a registered vehicle driven on public roads is prohibited.
