STXTA ST Suspensions coilovers AUDI A3

The ST Suspensions STXTA coilovers (part no. 1821080J) fit the AUDI A3 (8V) without adaptive suspension, Sedan and Sportback, 2WD, with independent rear suspension (IRS) and Ø 50mm struts. Motorsport-derived, the STX-TA range combines precise height adjustment with damping adjustment.

• Maximum permitted front axle load: -980 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: -990 kg
• Front lowering: 30-60 mm
• Rear lowering: 30-55 mm
• Height adjustment front and rear (where the vehicle allows it) via a disc on the threaded shock absorber body
• Adjustable aluminum strut mounts for precise camber adjustment
• Galvanized steel struts, with galvanizing and anti-corrosion coating

Fitting and contents

The coilovers are supplied in quantities sufficient to equip the vehicle and replace the original suspension without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, the same applies to this kit. ST Suspensions kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.

Pre-order technical note

• On M-Tech equipped models, use only lowering springs: the lowering will be 20 mm less than indicated.
• For models with a 50mm strut diameter on the front axle.
• For vehicles with adaptive suspension, the disconnect box is required (part no. 68510370).
