STXTA Coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Bora

The STXTA coilovers from ST Suspensions (part number 18282802#3) are designed for the VOLKSWAGEN Bora (1J), 2WD, Sedan and Estate. Developed from motorsport, the STX-TA range combines precise height adjustment with damping adjustment.

• Maximum permitted front axle load: up to 1020 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 1080 kg
• Front and rear lowering: 35 to 65 mm
• Height adjustment at the front and rear (on vehicles that allow it) via a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Adjustable aluminum strut mounts for precise camber adjustment
• Galvanization and anti-corrosion coating, galvanized steel struts

Installation and delivery

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and replace the original suspension without modification. If your vehicle originally has springs only at the rear, the same will apply with this kit. They are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.

Technical note before ordering: except 4WD. Installation may require wheel spacers. For 50 mm diameter models, it is strongly recommended to replace the original sway bar to avoid contact with the right-hand axle shaft: use sway bar 66550008 (sold separately). (91)
