STXA Threaded Coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Touran II

The STXA coilovers from ST Suspensions (part number 18280087#4) are designed for the Volkswagen Touran II, Cross Touran (1T), 2WD. Derived from motorsport, the STXA range allows ride height and damping adjustment.

Features

• Front and rear ride height adjustment (on vehicles that allow it), via a disc on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Precise damping adjustment via progressive dial on the top of the shock absorber rod
• Galvanized and anti-corrosion coated
• Galvanized steel struts
• Lowering: front 35 to 65 mm; rear 35 to 70 mm
• Maximum permitted axle load: front 1061-1200 kg; rear -1160 kg

Installation and contents

The kit is supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and replaces the original suspension without modification. If the vehicle only has original rear springs, the kit will be the same. Only STXTA models come with strut mounts: for the others, use original strut mounts. The kit is supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), except for accessories essential for lowering. ST Suspensions is a KW brand, which manufactures these products.

Technical note before ordering

• On M-Tech equipped models, only use lowering spring kits: the lowering will be 20 mm less than indicated
• For model with Ø 55 mm strut on front axle
