Adjustment and installation

Height is adjusted at the front and rear (for vehicles that allow it) by a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber. Damping is precisely adjusted by a progressive knob at the top of the shock absorber rod.

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, this kit will be the same. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA coilovers are sold with strut mounts: for other models, original strut mounts are required for installation.

Technical note before ordering

• For models with 55 mm strut diameter on the front axle.
• For vehicles equipped with DDC electronically controlled suspension, check that it is disconnected. A disconnection kit exists in the KW accessories range, part number 68510141.
