STXA threaded coilovers ST Suspensions SEAT Leon III

STXA coilovers from ST Suspensions, part number 1828000U#2, fit the SEAT Leon ST (5F) Estate, 2WD, models with independent rear suspension (IRS) and Ø 55 mm strut diameter.

Adjustment

Height is adjusted at the front and rear (where the vehicle allows) via a disc on the threaded body of the shock absorber. Damping is precisely adjusted by a progressive knob at the top of the shock absorber rod, to fine-tune a personalized setting.

Delivery and installation

The STXA coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, this kit will also be the same. Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for any other model, original strut mounts must be provided for installation. Kits are supplied bare (shock absorber cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.

Technical note before ordering

For models with 55 mm strut diameter on the front axle. The original electronic suspension control system must be deactivated. The deactivation kit is available under part number KW 68510342.
