STXA ST Suspensions coilovers BMW 3 Series

The STXA coilovers from ST Suspensions (part no. 18220023) are designed for the BMW M3 (E46), (M346) Coupe and Convertible. Derived from motorsport, the STXA range allows height and damping adjustment for a customized setup.

• Maximum permitted front axle load: -990 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: -1170 kg
• Front lowering: 20 to 40 mm
• Rear lowering: 20 to 40 mm
• Front and rear height adjustment (on vehicles that allow it) via a dial located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Precise damping adjustment via a progressive knob at the top of the shock absorber shaft
• Galvanized finish and anti-corrosion coating for extended service life
• Galvanized steel strut assemblies

Installation and contents

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, the same applies to this kit. Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for the others, original strut mounts must be used. The kits are supplied bare (shock absorber cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.
