STXA Coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Golf VI

Derived from motorsport, the STXA range from ST Suspensions offers height and damping adjustment. This kit is designed for the VOLKSWAGEN Golf VI GTI (1K), with Ø 55 mm strut legs.

• Years: 10/08 onward
• Maximum permitted front axle weight: 1036-1105 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle weight: -1000 kg
• Front lowering: 10-40 mm
• Rear lowering: 15-40 mm
• Height adjustment at the front and rear (on vehicles that allow it) by a disc on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Precise damping adjustment by a progressive knob at the top of the shock absorber shaft
• Galvanization and anti-corrosion coating, strut legs in galvanized steel

Fitting and delivery

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and replace the original suspension without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as original equipment, this kit will also be supplied that way. Only STXTA threaded coilovers are sold with strut mounts: for other models, original strut mounts must be provided. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential to lowering is required.

Technical note before ordering

• Excluding four-wheel drive.
• For models with a 55 mm strut diameter on the front axle.
• For vehicles equipped with DDC adaptive suspension, make sure it is disconnected. A disconnection kit is available in the KW accessories range, REF 68510141.
