STXA Coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Eos

The STXA coilovers from ST Suspensions, part number 18280083, fit the VOLKSWAGEN Eos (1F) 2WD. Derived from motorsport, the STXA range lets you adjust ride height and damping to achieve a custom “setup”.

• Maximum permitted front axle weight: -1035 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle weight: -1000 kg
• Front lowering: 35-65 mm
• Rear lowering: 35-65 mm
• Front and rear ride height adjustment (on vehicles that allow it) via a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Progressive damping adjustment via a dial at the top of the shock absorber shaft
• Galvanized finish and anti-corrosion coating
• Struts in galvanized steel

Fitting and delivery

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, this kit will be the same.

Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for all other models, original strut mounts are required for installation. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Technical notes before ordering:

• Except 4WD.
• For models with a 55 mm diameter strut on the front axle.
• For vehicles fitted with DDC electronically controlled suspension, make sure it is disconnected. A disconnection kit is listed in the KW accessories range, REF 68510141.
