STXA Coilovers ST Suspensions SEAT Leon I

STXA ST Suspensions coilovers (ref. 18210005#3) are designed for the SEAT Leon I (1M), 2WD. Derived from motorsport, the STXA range allows height and damping adjustment.

• Maximum permitted front axle load: -1020 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: -1020 kg
• Front lowering: 35-65 mm
• Rear lowering: 35-65 mm
• Front and rear height adjustment (where the vehicle allows) via a disc on the threaded shock body
• Precise damping adjustment via a progressive knob at the top of the shock rod
• Galvanized and anticorrosion coated; struts in galvanized steel

Fitting and contents

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has rear springs as original, the same applies to these kits. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for other models, use original strut mounts.

Technical note before ordering

• Fitting may require wheel spacers.
• For 50 mm diameter models, it is strongly recommended to replace the original sway bar to avoid contact with the right-hand axle shaft: use bar ref. 66550008 (ordered separately). (91)
• For extreme lowering, replacing the sway bar is also strongly recommended: version without xenon headlight, bar ref. 685 50 000; version with xenon headlight, bar ref. 685 50 005.
