STXA Coilovers ST Suspensions BMW 1 Series

ST Suspensions STXA coilovers, part no. 18220039, are designed for the BMW 1 Series (E81, E87), (187, 1K2, 1K4), produced from 09/04 to 08/11. Derived from motorsport, the STXA range allows adjustment of both height and firmness.

• Lowering: 35 to 65 mm front, 35 to 65 mm rear
• Maximum permitted front axle load: up to 920 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 1060 kg
• Height: front and rear adjustment (on vehicles that allow it) via a disc placed on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Firmness: precise adjustment via a progressive knob on top of the shock absorber rod
• Protection: galvanizing and anti-corrosion coating, galvanized steel strut assemblies

Fitting and delivery

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If your vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, the same will apply to this kit. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA coilovers are sold with strut mounts: for other models, use original strut mounts for installation.
