STXA Coilovers ST Suspensions BMW 1 Series

STXA ST Suspensions threaded coilovers (part number 18220062) are designed for the BMW 1 Series (E82, E88), (182) Cabriolet. Derived from motorsport, the STXA range allows ride height and damping adjustment.

Features

• Ride height adjustment front and rear (where the vehicle allows) by a dial on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Precise damping adjustment via a progressive knob on top of the shock absorber rod
• Front lowering: 30 to 55 mm
• Rear lowering: 25 to 50 mm
• Maximum permitted front axle load: up to 960 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 1115 kg
• Galvanized and anti-corrosion coating, galvanized steel struts

Compatibility and fitting

BMW 1 Series (E82, E88), (182) Cabriolet, from 03/2008. The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If your vehicle only has rear springs as standard, the same applies with this kit.

The kit is supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs if applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA threaded coilovers are sold with strut mounts: for this model, use original strut mounts for installation. ST Suspensions is a KW brand, which manufactures these products.
