STXA Coilovers ST Suspensions AUDI A3 Cabriolet

The STXA ST Suspensions coilovers (ref. 18280028) fit the Audi A3 Cabriolet (8P) with Ø 55mm struts. Motorsport-derived, the STXA range allows height and damping adjustment.

• Years: 04/08-
• Maximum permitted front axle load: up to 1105 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 1160 kg
• Front lowering: 25-55 mm
• Rear lowering: 25-55 mm
• Galvanized steel struts, with anti-corrosion coating

Adjustments

Height is adjusted at the front and rear (on vehicles that allow it) using a collar on the threaded body of the shock absorber. Damping is precisely adjusted by a progressive knob at the top of the shock shaft.

Fitting and delivery

Kits are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If your vehicle only has rear springs as standard, the same applies to this kit. They are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), except for accessories essential to lowering. Only the STXTA are sold with strut mounts: for other models, plan on using original strut mounts.

Technical notes before ordering

• For models with a 55mm diameter strut on the front axle.
• On vehicles fitted with DDC adaptive suspension, make sure it is disconnected. A disconnection kit exists in the KW accessories range, ref. 68510141.

ST Suspensions is a KW brand, which manufactures the products of this brand.
