STXA Coilovers ST Suspensions AUDI A3

STXA ST Suspensions threaded coilovers (part number 1821000M) fit the Audi A3 (8V) and allow adjustment of both ride height and damping. This range is derived from motorsport.

Features

• Ride height adjustment front and rear (where the vehicle allows) by a dial on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Precise damping adjustment via a progressive knob on top of the shock absorber rod
• Front lowering: 30 to 60 mm
• Rear lowering: 30 to 55 mm
• Maximum permitted front axle load: up to 1100 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 1040 kg
• Galvanized and anti-corrosion coating, galvanized steel struts

Compatibility and fitting

Audi A3 (8V), Saloon and Sportback, from 05/2012, without adaptive suspension, 4WD, Ø 55 mm struts, models with independent rear suspension (IRS). The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If your vehicle only has rear springs as standard, the same applies with this kit.

The kit is supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs if applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA threaded coilovers are sold with strut mounts: for this model, use original strut mounts for installation. ST Suspensions is a KW brand, which manufactures these products.

Pre-order technical notes

• Vehicles fitted with M-Tech: use only lowering spring kits. The lowering will be 20 mm less than indicated.
• Kit designed for a vehicle with a Ø 55 mm strut on the front axle.
• Vehicles with adaptive suspension: the disconnect box is required (part number 68510370).
