STX Threaded Coilovers ST Suspensions BMW 5 Series

STX coilovers by ST Suspensions (part no. 13220080) are designed for the BMW 5 Series (F10), 5L, Sedan, rear-wheel drive / Sedan, 2WD, from 03/10. They provide precise height adjustment, with factory-set fixed damping.

• Height adjustment: via a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber, at the front and rear (on vehicles that allow it).
• Damping: fixed, set at the factory.
• Lowering: 25-55 mm at the front, 20-50 mm at the rear.
• Maximum permitted weight: 1195 kg on the front axle, 1315 kg on the rear axle.
• Galvanized finish and anti-corrosion coating. Galvanized steel strut assemblies.

Installation and contents

The coilovers are supplied in quantities sufficient to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear from the factory, the same applies to this kit. Kits are delivered bare (shock absorber cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for other models, use original strut mounts for installation.
