STX Threaded Coilovers ST Suspensions BMW 5 Series

The STX ST Suspensions coilovers (part no. 13220005) are designed for the BMW 5 Series (E60, E61), (560L) Sedan. Derived from motorsport, the STX range offers precise height adjustment with a fixed damping setting preset at the factory.

• Maximum permitted front axle load: -1070 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: -1235 kg
• Front lowering: 25 to 55 mm
• Rear lowering: 25 to 55 mm
• Front and rear height adjustment (on vehicles that allow it) via a dial located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Galvanized finish and anti-corrosion coating for extended service life
• Galvanized steel strut assemblies

Installation and contents

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, the same applies to this kit. Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for the others, original strut mounts must be used. The kits are supplied bare (shock absorber cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.
