STX Coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Scirocco

STX coilovers from ST Suspensions (part no. 13280094) fit the Volkswagen Scirocco (13), two-wheel drive, from 09/08. Derived from motorsport, the STX range combines precise height adjustment with a fixed, factory-set damping rate.

Features

• Front lowering: 20 to 55 mm
• Rear lowering: 20 to 55 mm
• Maximum permitted front axle load: up to 1000 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 780 kg
• Height adjustment at front and rear (for vehicles that allow it) via a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Strut legs in galvanized steel, with anti-corrosion coating

Fitting and shipping

Coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle originally has springs at the rear only, the same applies to this kit.

Only STXTA coilovers are sold with strut mounts. For all other models, original strut mounts are required for fitting. Kits are supplied bare (shock absorber cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.

Technical notes before ordering:

• For models with 55 mm strut diameter on the front axle.
• At maximum lowering, the turn signals and side marker lights must be relocated (body height too low for TÜV, STVZ0 standard).
• For vehicles equipped with DDC electronically controlled suspension, check that it is disconnected. A disconnection kit is available in the KW accessories range, REF 68510141.
