STX Coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Golf VII

The STX coilovers from ST Suspensions (part number 1328000Y#4) are designed for the VOLKSWAGEN Golf VII Variant (AUV) estate, 2WD, models with independent rear suspension (IRS) and Ø 50mm struts. Motorsport-derived, the STX range offers precise ride height adjustment, with a fixed factory-set damping.

Installation and delivery

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, this kit will be the same. Only STXTA coilovers are sold with strut mounts: for this model, original strut mounts are required for installation. The kits are supplied bare (shock absorber cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential to lowering is required. Technical note before ordering

• On M-Tech models, use only lowering spring kits. The lowering will be 20mm less than indicated.
• For models with 50mm diameter struts on the front axle.
• The original electronic suspension control system must be deactivated. The deactivation kit is available under part number KW 68510342.
