STX coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Golf VI Cabriolet

The STX coilovers from ST Suspensions (part number 13280088#4) are designed for the VOLKSWAGEN Golf VI Cabriolet (1K) with Ø 50mm struts. Developed from motorsport, the STX range offers precise height adjustment with a factory-preset fixed damping.

• Maximum permitted front axle load: up to 1015 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 1150 kg
• Front and rear lowering: 35 to 65 mm
• Height adjustment at the front and rear (on vehicles that allow it) via a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Galvanization and anti-corrosion coating, galvanized steel struts

Installation and delivery

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and replace the original suspension without modification. If your vehicle originally has springs only at the rear, the same will apply with this kit. They are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only the STXTA version is supplied with strut mounts: original strut mounts are required for installation.

Technical note before ordering: for models with 50mm strut diameter on the front axle. On vehicles equipped with DDC electronically controlled suspension, make sure it is disconnected. The KW accessories range offers a disconnection kit, REF 68510141.
