STX coilovers ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Golf VI Cabriolet

STX coilovers by ST Suspensions (ref. 13280089#4) are designed for the VOLKSWAGEN Golf VI Cabriolet (1K), with 50 mm struts. Derived from motorsport, the STX range allows precise height adjustment, with a fixed damping setting factory-set.

• Maximum permitted rear axle load: up to 1150 kg
• Front lowering: 35-65 mm
• Rear lowering: 35-65 mm
• Height adjustment at the front and rear (on vehicles that allow it) via a ring located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Galvanizing and anti-corrosion coating for longer service life
• Galvanized steel struts

Installation and shipping

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and replace the original suspension without modification. If your vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, this will also be the case with this kit. The kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for any other model, original strut mounts are required for installation.

Technical note before ordering

• For models with 50 mm strut diameter on the front axle.
• For vehicles equipped with DDC electronically controlled suspension, make sure it is disconnected. A disconnection kit is available in the KW accessories range, REF 68510141.
