The STX coilovers from ST Suspensions (part number 13230040) fit the Ford Fiesta VI (JA8) from 10/2008 onward. Derived from motorsport, the STX range offers precise height adjustment, with a fixed stiffness factory-preset.
- Front lowering: 30 to 55 mm
- Rear lowering: 30 to 60 mm
- Maximum permitted front axle load: 850 kg
- Maximum permitted rear axle load: 785 kg
- Height adjustment at front and rear (on vehicles that allow it), via a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
- Galvanizing and anti-corrosion coating; galvanized steel strut legs
Fitting and shipping
The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, this kit will be the same.
Only STXTA models are sold with strut mounts: for any other model, original strut mounts are required for fitting. Kits are supplied bare (shock absorber cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.
