This ST Suspensions lowering springs kit (ref. 28220233) is designed for the BMW 5 Series E39 (5/D) Sedan: 520i, 523i, 525i, 528i, 530i, 520d, 525td and 525tds, from 11/1995 to 06/2003. It consists of the 2 front springs.

Check before ordering
- On M-Tech models, use only the lowering springs kits: the lowering will be 20 mm less than stated.
- Not compatible with vehicles fitted with a self-leveling system, unless the system adjustment is required.
- The stated lowering will be less on models fitted with a factory sport suspension.
Installation and delivery
The springs replace the original suspension without modification. Original strut mounts are required for installation. The kit is supplied bare, unless an accessory essential to the lowering is required. Shock absorber cartridges are sold individually: a minimum of 2 is required per axle. Compatible power ratings are expressed in kW. ST Suspensions is a KW brand, and KW manufactures the products of this brand.
