lowering spring kit for MERCEDES Classe E

This ST Suspensions lowering spring kit, ref. 28225046, is designed for the Mercedes Classe E (W211) sedan, produced 03/02 to 02/09.

To check before ordering

• Not suitable for 4-wheel drive models.
• Not suitable for models equipped with ride height correction, unless the correction is adjusted.
• Not suitable for models with air suspension.
• The indicated lowering may vary: original-equipment vehicles have spring seats of different heights at the rear axle. Maximum lowering is achieved with 5 mm spring seats at the rear axle. Lowering may vary with 5, 9, 13 or 17 mm seats.
• Compatible power ratings are expressed in kW.

Fitting and delivery

Springs are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has springs at the rear as original equipment, the same applies to this kit. Original strut mounts are required for fitting. Kits are supplied bare, unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Shock absorber cartridges are sold individually: a minimum of 2 is required to equip an axle.
