This ST Suspensions lowering spring kit (part number 28220007) is designed for the BMW 3 Series E36 (3B, 3/B, 3C, 3/C, 3CG) Compact, in 316i and 318ti versions.
- Years: 04/94-09/00
- Compatible vehicle power: 75 to 103 kW
- Maximum permitted front axle load: 830 kg
- Maximum permitted rear axle load: 970 kg
- Possible lowering front/rear: 40/40 mm
Technical note before ordering
After installation, check the distance between the inside of the fender and the edge of the rim, and make sure the measurements are identical at the front and rear.
Please note
ST Suspensions kits are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle only has rear springs as original equipment, the same applies to this kit. Original strut mounts are required for installation. Kits are supplied bare, unless an accessory essential to the lowering is required.
Shock absorber cartridges are sold individually: at least 2 must be ordered to equip an axle.
Attention: compatible power ratings are expressed in kW (1 kW = 1.36 hp).
