Coilovers STXA ST Suspensions VOLKSWAGEN Golf VII

STXA ST Suspensions coilovers (reference 1828000U#6) are derived from motorsport and allow height and damping adjustment. They are designed for the VOLKSWAGEN Golf VII Variant.

• Height adjustment: front and rear (on vehicles that allow it), via a disc on the threaded shock body
• Damping adjustment: progressive knob on top of the shock absorber shaft
• Lowering: 35-65 mm front, 35-65 mm rear
• Maximum permitted weight: front axle 966 to 1090 kg, rear axle up to 1050 kg
• Protection: galvanizing and anti-corrosion coating; galvanized steel strut assemblies

Compatibility

VOLKSWAGEN Golf VII Variant (AUV), wagon, 2-wheel drive, models with independent rear suspension (IRS), Ø 55 mm front struts, from 07/13 onward.

Fitting and delivery

The coilovers install in place of the original suspension, without modification, and are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), except for accessories essential to lowering. Only STXTA threaded coilovers are sold with strut mounts: for other models, use original strut mounts. ST Suspensions is a KW brand, which manufactures these products.

Check before ordering

• On M-Tech equipped models, only use short spring kits: lowering will be 20 mm less than indicated.
• This kit applies to models with a 55 mm diameter strut on the front axle.
• The original electronic suspension control system must be deactivated. The deactivation kit is available under reference KW 68510342.
