Coilovers STXA ST Suspensions SKODA Octavia I

The STXA ST Suspensions coilovers (ref. 18282002#2) fit the SKODA Octavia I (1U), 2WD, sedan and wagon. Derived from motorsport, the STXA range allows both height and damping adjustment.

• Years: 02/97 onward
• Maximum permitted front axle weight: up to 1000 kg
• Maximum permitted rear axle weight: up to 1070 kg
• Front lowering: 35 to 65 mm
• Rear lowering: 35 to 65 mm
• Height adjustment at the front and rear (where the vehicle allows it) via a disc located on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Precise damping adjustment via a progressive dial on the top of the shock absorber rod
• Galvanized finish and anti-corrosion coating
• Galvanized steel struts

Fitting and delivery

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and fit in place of the original suspension, without modification. If your vehicle only has springs at the rear as standard, the same will apply with this kit.

Only STXTA coilovers are sold with strut mounts. For all other models, original strut mounts are required for fitting. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required.

Technical note to consider before ordering:

• EXCEPT 4WD.
• Fitting may require wheel spacers.
• For models with 50 mm diameter, it is strongly recommended to replace the original sway bar to avoid any contact with the right-hand axle shaft: use sway bar 66550008 (ordered separately). (91)
