Coilovers STX ST Suspensions AUDI A3 Cabriolet

The STX ST Suspensions coilovers (ref. 1328000U) are designed for the Audi A3 Cabriolet (8V) without electronically controlled suspension, 2WD, with independent rear suspension (IRS) and Ø 55 mm struts. Years: 03/14 and up.

• STX range derived from motorsport: precise height adjustment and factory-set fixed damping
• Front and rear height adjustment (where the vehicle allows) via a dial on the threaded body of the shock absorber
• Front drop: 30-60 mm; rear drop: 30-55 mm
• Maximum permitted axle load: front axle 981-1090 kg; rear axle up to 1050 kg
• Galvanized steel struts, with galvanizing treatment and anti-corrosion coating

Fitting and contents

The coilovers are supplied in sufficient quantity to equip the vehicle and install in place of the original suspension, without modification. If the vehicle is only fitted with rear springs as standard, the kit will be the same. Kits are supplied bare (shock cartridges and springs where applicable), unless an accessory essential for lowering is required. Only STXTA models come with strut mounts: for this STX model, use original strut mounts for installation.

Technical notes before ordering

• On M-Tech models, use only lowering spring kits: the drop will be 20 mm less than indicated.
• Fits models with a 55 mm diameter strut on the front axle.
• On vehicles equipped with electronically controlled suspension, the disconnect box is required: part number 68510370.
