Gasoline injector refurbishment service for Audi A3/A4 and Volkswagen Golf/Passat engines. You send us your injectors, they are bench tested, cleaned, then tested again before being returned.

Service process

• First bench pass: flow measurement before any work.
• Ultrasonic cleaning: removal of deposits and debris that could clog the injectors.
• Seals and screens: seals are always replaced, screens only if they are removable and have a part number.
• Second bench pass: new measurement, compared with the first.
• Test report: diagnostic results and recommendations in case of repair or replacement.

Diagnosis

Measurements cover flow rate, pressure, spray quality and sealing, on an ANSU machine. There are no reference tables for these injectors: they are compared against each other. Sending at least 2 injectors is therefore essential. If an injector is faulty, you will be notified before it is returned, and the injectors are sent back to you with the test report.

Ordering and shipping

Order a quantity equal to the number of injectors: quantity 1 = 1 injector, with a minimum of 2. Shipping your injectors is your responsibility; they are returned to you once the service is complete.

Note: injectors must be free of clips and brackets. Only bare injectors, with their seals, are accepted.
