BMC Air Filter, Ref. 769/08
The original paper filter is convenient as original equipment, but once you've tried a washable cotton filter, it's hard to go back. The BMC ref. 769/08, made of multi-ply oiled cotton gauze, lets through more air than paper while trapping particles effectively. The result: better throttle response, an engine that breathes better, and no more buying disposable filters.
Key features
- Washable and reusable: unlimited service life with regular maintenance
- Higher airflow than the original paper filter
- Direct fit: no modification, plug-and-play replacement
- Efficient filtration: multi-ply oiled cotton gauze
- Warranty: 2 years
Filter maintenance
Cleaning recommended every 15,000 to 20,000 km using the BMC maintenance kit (cleaner + re-oiling oil, sold separately). After washing, let air dry, then re-oil before reinstalling.
