Milltek Sport

Founded in 1983 by a true car enthusiast, Milltek Sport is now one of the most respected aftermarket exhaust manufacturers in the world. From its headquarters in the UK and its development center at the legendary Nürburgring in Germany, the brand designs, develops and hand-builds its systems in aerospace-grade T304L stainless steel.

All production is done in-house, using CNC mandrel benders and Faro 3D laser scanners. Each system is developed specifically for each model: no generic solution leaves the Milltek workshops.

Milltek works closely with teams in the BTCC, the Volkswagen Racing Cup and the Nürburgring 24 Hours, allowing it to transfer what it learns in motorsport directly into its consumer products. The result: systems that deliver real power gains, reduce vehicle weight and offer a distinctive sound, subtle or bold depending on the model chosen.
