H&R sway bars, part number 33276-1, are designed for the BMW Z4 type Z85 and fit at both front and rear.
- Front bar: part number 33 276AV, diameter 27 mm
- Rear bar: part number 33 276HA, diameter 21 mm
- Material: 50CrV4 steel alloy (hf), strong yet flexible
- Bushings supplied, made of urethane composite / Teflon composite, which prevent squeaking and eliminate the need for lubrication
Installation
When fitting the bars, use original equipment (OEM) mounting parts; failing that, use the ones packed with them. Check that they are in like-new condition and replace them if not.
The front bar can also be used without the rear bar. In this case, the vehicle may show a tendency to understeer.
