The H&R 33749-2 sway bars fit the Mercedes Classe C W202 (sedan, wagon, coupe) and the W208 CLK (4-cylinder with Kompressor and 6-cylinder), from 06.1997 to 08.2002.
- Front part number: 33 749VA2, 28 mm diameter
- Rear part number: 33 749HA, 18 mm diameter
- 50CrV4 steel alloy, strong yet flexible
- Supplied with urethane / PTFE composite bushings, which prevent squeaking and eliminate the need for lubrication
Installation
When installing, use OEM mounting parts or, failing that, those supplied with the kit. Check that they are in like-new condition and replace them if not.
The front bar can also be used without the rear bar. The vehicle may then show a tendency to understeer.
