H&R Springs is a German performance spring manufacturer founded in 1981 in Lennestadt, in the Sauerland region. Recognized worldwide for the quality of its springs and the precision of its development work, H&R supplies OE parts to many manufacturers and equips race vehicles around the world.

H&R manufactures all of its products in Germany, using steel selected to strict criteria and rigorous quality control at every stage. Each spring is developed specifically for each model, with rates calculated to optimize handling without sacrificing comfort.

The H&R range covers lowering springs (Street Performance, Sport Springs), adjustable coilovers (RSS, TRAK+), wheel spacers (Spacers) and sway bars. Their kits are TÜV approved for most European applications.
