4219-06035: Gates Barricade GreenShield™ Fuel Hose, Ø 6 mm × 76 cm

Gates Barricade GreenShield™ fuel hose with a 6 mm inside diameter. Its 5-layer construction features a patented thermoplastic barrier that reduces vapor permeation to 1 g/m²/day, the lowest level available for this type of product. Approved for gasoline, diesel, B100 biodiesel, E85 and pure methanol.

A hose designed for the demands of modern fuels

Replacing a fuel hose with a part of equivalent quality to the original equipment is not always straightforward: alternative fuels such as E85 or biodiesel attack unsuitable elastomers, and a generic hose can degrade within a few months. The Gates Barricade range addresses this with rigorous construction validated by recognized industry standards.

This 76 cm length in Ø 6 mm is well suited to spot replacements on low-flow fuel injection circuits. The HNBR structure provides excellent chemical resistance to oxidizing fuels, while the CPE cover provides external protection against oil, ozone and abrasion in the engine bay. The spiral-wound aramid textile reinforcement maintains dimensional stability under pressure up to 15.5 bar.
