Choosing the right hardware
Length under head, nut style and thread must be specified precisely. Seat shape is critical: there are two main types, conical seat (cone-shaped) and ball seat (half-ball). Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. non-OEM wheels, are fitted with conical seat hardware.
Length under head depends on the thickness of the wheel spacer fitted. For example, with an original length under head of 37 mm and a 20 mm spacer, a length under head of 57 mm is suitable. Customer service can advise you.
