Choosing your lug bolts
Three criteria must be defined precisely: head length, seat shape and thread. The seat, or bolt seat, comes in two forms: conical (cone-shaped) or spherical (half-ball). Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. non-original wheels, are fitted with lug bolts or nuts with a conical seat.
Head length depends on the thickness of any wheel spacer fitted. Example: with an original length of 37 mm and a 20 mm spacer, a head length of 57 mm is required. For more information, contact customer service.
