Choosing the right wheel bolts
Three elements must be specified precisely: length under head, seat type, and thread. The seat (the bolt's seating surface) comes in two main types: conical or ball. Most aftermarket wheels, i.e. wheels that are not original equipment, are installed with conical seat bolts or nuts.
Length under head depends on the thickness of the wheel spacer installed. Example: with an original length of 37 mm and a 20 mm spacer, the required length under head is 57 mm. For more information, contact customer service.
