- Choosing the right lug bolts
The shape of the bolt seat is critical. There are two main types: conical seat (cone-shaped) and ball seat (hemispherical). Most aftermarket wheels, meaning non-original wheels, are mounted with conical seat bolts or nuts.
The under-head length depends on the thickness of the wheel spacer fitted. For example, with an original under-head length of 37 mm and a 20 mm spacer, an under-head length of 57 mm is suitable. For more information, contact customer service.
