About this product

This physical EGR valve delete kit is designed for 1.2, 1.6 and 2.0 TDI engines from the VAG group. It allows complete removal of the EGR valve along with all the pipes connecting the exhaust manifold to the intake manifold. This process is essential for those looking to optimize airflow and improve engine performance by avoiding the carbon buildup caused by recirculated exhaust gases.

Please note that installing this kit requires ECU reprogramming to prevent the vehicle from going into limp mode. Alternatively, you can opt for our kit with an integrated bypass connector. Gaskets are not included; it is recommended to use original gaskets or our tube of sealant to ensure a perfect seal.
